revisiting old topics on the forum when its quiet
« on: Yesterday at 07:45:53 pm »
went looking for an old topic so did a search on my posts, got lost in some laughs on some good stuff on the forum from 10+ years ago.

a good time waster for those that have been around for awhile, some classic take the piss Aussie humor from years gone by.

try it.

In amongst the drivel (probably from me and no one else) there are many pearls of wisdom. In the "I want it now" world we live in now, it is always doing a "Search" to see if ones question has already been answered. Forums are gold for correct answers.
Thumbs Up!

A forum is a great place for invaluable information.
People with so much knowledge.
Categories, “sticky” subjects, and infamous, and often ignored, “search” function.

A shame they are being slowly usurped by the instant, short term, shallow, Facebook. (Not unusual to be reading an interesting post, have the phone lock, and never be able to find the post again.)

Long live the obsessive freaks on obscure forums!!

I come back here almost daily, so much information, even to find my own stuff that I'd forgotten ;-)
