some gasket companys have rubber for gasket. Make sure fuel safe or will disolve.
make 1? get some fuel compatible 2ply and cut away to your hearts content..
Partzilla's photo shows the cap as a unit only, no seperate gasket but they do list the whole cap so it may be worth asking your local yamaha dealer. My suggestion is go to a bearing supplier - CBC say- and ask for a Viton O ring or Viton sheet to make a gasket. Safe with any conceivable 'petrol'.
