Yes if you know the member that is selling , then its a good place to buy . You are right , things have definitely turned into a buyers world now . Some bikes are now going for less than half of what they did 3 years ago . I guess the ones that do want to race have what they need and for any newcomer the bureaucracy, just enter a local ride , is enormous and makes them think twice.
