Yes it's true VCM are inviting VERi club members to compete at the iconic property of John Boag. We are scheduling 3 Vinduro only races on the day. As well you are most welcome to jump in with the VCM guys in their races depending on the eligibility of your machine and your age. It goes without saying 1985 is the cut off date! We are also catering for Pre 85 MX on the day so there is even more events to compete in if the body is up to it.
Stuff you need to know
SAFETY
Please remove your side stand, tape up your headlight and tail light, remove your bark busters and make sure you have a handlebar pad.
RACE NUMBERS
VCM riders have dedicated numbers and should have numbers on their shirts. For VERi guys if you have a number can I ask that you put a 7 in front of it. If you don't usually use a number then dream one up and still put a 7 in front of it. That will identify you if you ride in the VCM races
ENTERING
PLEASE DO IT ON LINE AT
www.vcm.org.au this saves a heap of time on race day and allows hard working volunteers some time to get their selves organised if their competing. You can enter on the day but the host club (East Malvern) may charge a late entry fee. You have been warned. Oh I nearly forgot, you should be able to enter on line from Friday 21st up until Wednesday before the event.
WHAT OTHER STUFF DO I NEED TO DO?
Be a paid up member of VERi
Be an ambulance subscriber or know that your health fund will cover you EMERGENCY transport.
Have a paid up competition licence or purchase one on the day for $60

SUNDAY NOVEMBER 6th aim to get there about 8:00 am
John Boags property on the modestly named Boags Rd in Stoney Creek. Track will be signposted from the main road.
Just so you know this opportunity has come about after quite a bit of liaising with the great man GMC and if it's successful we will look at opportunities to play together in the future.
