Got close to having the XT600 ready but due to an unusually bad oil leak in a strange spot (possibly cracked head) it won't make this one so I have decided the 3rd bike will be the wife's little XT200. It may not be fast but it is a tough and nimble little bike so should be fun and easy in the tight stuff.

Also for those I have been dealing with in regard to the XL/XR parts and frames etc. you can rest assured I haven't forgot. They are all packed and ready to go. Might also bring a few other bits along in a bid to raise some money for my IT400 project.

Once again the VTR team have put on a fantastic event. The mix of terrain along with the choice of either the short loop or 2 optional harder sections added to the variety of riding on offer and meant that you could mix things up a bit each lap which was great given the 3 very different bikes that took along.

At one point the XR got a bit tired and decided to take a rest

Another awesome 2016 episode of the VTR series of Vinduros done and dusted.
What a ride that one was, Yass really is an enduro paradise and thanks as always to the hard working ACT members that really know how to set out exploit it.
Mel and I had a ball, we were talking about how good it was all the way home.
Its wonderful that VTR are making our events true family events, the hard and easy options make it something that more couples and family’s are coming out and returning to enjoy, that’s what its all about.
