I don't understand how in general they don't like their lack of privacy in today's world yet I see people posting what they are eating for lunch on Facebook.
I hadn't seen my cousin in 20 years. When I talked to him he already knew everything about my life. That night I deleted my Facebook account . Now he has to guess by the crumbs on my shirt what I are for lunch that day

ive never joined. a friend had a bad experience when a total stranger (she thought) started talking to her and discussed her house, her kids hubby and job etc their holidays they had been on....it was the classic friend of a friend but my friend had a meltdown when she realised all this stuff was being seen by people she didn't know! having had a recent break in she was paranoid and has cleaned the decks and cancelled all her internet stuff. she rings people now for a chat.....

It is like any tool, it depends on how you use it. You also need to familiarise yourself with it before you use it.

Exactly.

The good thing about telling the truth is that you don't have to remember what you said.

definition of madness: doing the same thing over and over but expecting a different result....sounds like making babies to me!
