Apart from Ek, Graeme, Beemeer, Dennis and Tymes  IS ANYBODY ELSE coming to this event, the last one for 2015.

The A.G.M. will be held after dinner Saturday night giving any member the chance to air their views on the club. So make some notes and put them to the club in General Business.

vTr ( the club ) are supplying all members with a free feed on the Saturday breakfast, Saturday dinner and Sunday breakfast. We need some guys to cook it. Scott Maxwell, Michael Bennett and myself will do dinner Saturday night. We need guys for Saturday and Sunday morning. C'mon Team Green and Team Husky ( EQ's) get it sorted. We don't want the Committee or the guys that have set up our tracks throughout the year TO HAVE to do this as well. It's about time that we showed these guys our appreciation by looking after THEM.

I understand that if you joined vTr at the last meeting at Canowindra your membership would be valid for ALL of 2016. I can only assume that if you join at Yass it would be the same, plus you will get three ( 3 ) free feeds making it very attractive to be part of the fastest growing vintage club in OZ.

Well done 510. I'm hearing Shoemeister Van Offal and Wayne will give you a hand. That leaves only Sunday for the green guys. Let's see if they're as keen to line up at the BBQ as they were to line they're bikes up the other month. ;D

Wow Thanks Blokes this is so Good that all of you Bloke are Fighting to Help..

This will Let Us the Committee  time to Have a ride too ....Thank You all

This is a  sign of how Strong a Club is when something like this happen ...When all the members put up there Hand and Help .

All the litte thing that Members do make its so much easier to run and makes us want to try eaven harder to put on a 

Good events ..

Please Note....

That all Food is Fresh and and is a high Quality ...

NO Green Egg .....The Team Green Blokes Only see 1 Colour Only GREEN

We will have lettuce  its Green





and should Look and Taste as Good as it Looks ...

  And By the Way To Night is the Last Night to Let us Know ..

 To morrow we will place the Order to the butcher for the Steaks / Bacon .

 and Next Monday is the Day we will Order the Event Licences ..

 after that you wont have a event Licence and No Food .... :'(
