I can only echo what everyone else has said. VTR has proven to be an absolute success story. Thanks to Dennis and crew for making this kind of vintage event possible. It's absolutely perfect for people like me who want a more relaxed and fun kind of vintage event. Racing is fine and plenty of folk like to do that, but there are also those who like to just have fun. I was only ever a trailrider back in the day, never learned how to do jumps, and bashing around in the bush is my idea of having a good time on a dirtbike.

This latest event at Yass was a ripper. As I said earlier the track was a great mix of tight single trail, some open trails/fireroads, a few hills and even a rock section. Just perfect. My little IT175G is a great bike for this kind of riding too, couldn't fault it.

So, here's to more of the same in 2016. I hope to get along to a few more than I did this year so bring it on. Well done VTR for creating the perfect formula!!

Hay Graeme  Got you in the that Mud You don't like ...

Hahaha, do you notice that I'm carefully going around the edge of it? Really slowly so as not to get dirty? Avoiding mud is my number one criterion for riding in the bush. Number two is avoiding water. Then rocks.

To be honest I really prefer formed roads with nice easy corners.
