I'd like to borrow him if that's OK!
I have a pair of possums who were born in my shed and now they believe that it's theirs.
They were pretty cute when little, but now they're large and a formidable team.
They harass the cats and steal their food, and only show a "what-ever" attitude to humans.
I built a multi-strand electric fence to stop them climbing over the top of the roller doors.
That worked for about 12 months.
With the wet weather we have been having lately, they're back inside.
Unless I actually lock the roller doors down, they have figured out how to lift them up enough to slip underneath.
(I even suspect they might be pushing them back down, to cover their crime.)
They got locked in there for a week while I was out of town and ripped up the place looking for a way out.
By the look of the poos, they lived on grease & oil. (That's how I realised, they were back,)
I appear to have bred large, strong, clever, fearless possums, with a taste for meat. (Scary)
A big goanna might give them a good stir-up, but they also know where all the sharp & pointy tools are!
I hate to think what the shed would look like by the end.
Cheers, Daryl.
