I always wanted to lie on a bed of nails and ride a motorcycle through a wall of fire.  Err, not at the same time.

One thing I can highly reccomend for anyone wanting a riding experience they'll never forget is a trip off road around Cambodia, Thailand or Vietnam.
After years of talking about it, my brother, sister, a mate and I spent 8 days riding through the mountains of Cambodia. The experience was absolutely amazing, we saw so much, experienced a great welcome form
locals, and for those on a tight budget the trip (including air fares, bike hire, food etc) was little over $3000.
One of the best parts was relaxing on the beaches for a few days afterwards going through how awesome it was.

I have bit of long bucket list after being diagnosed with motor neurone disease, the Johnny Old is one of my goals for next year, do a bit more adventure riding on my DR650, I would also like to get to a event in Aussie as well.

What a fuc*ed piece of news Suds. It's pretty easy to say from where I sit but I guess the best plan is to pursue that bucket list with all of the enthusiasm you can muster. That'd have to include a trip to CD9 and/or the Nats next year plus wringing every bit of enjoyment out of that beautiful C&J as it and you can handle. Go for it. ;)
