Wheel and engine Rebuilds in QLD
« on: January 13, 2015, 04:49:26 pm »
Hi All, I have nice shiny hubs now and need them laced onto some new rims. Also bottom end and crank to be done. Bike is YZ125S. Someone around SEQ ideally who can help out.
Living in the past and have the trophies to prove it

If you aren't keen on the job yourself, ash's wheels at albion are the go http://asw.com.au

As for the engine i can't really recommend anyone apart from a few guys on here who do engine work as a side-line. Can send you a number if you like.

You have three choices that I know of for wheels.

Ash's Spoked Wheelz at Albion
John Titman Racing at Capalaba
Mike Warner Wheels at Kawana Sunshine Coast.

RE engine work.  David Cullen (Radar) might be worth considering on Gold Coast  davidmc on forum.

I would use ( and use myself) John Tate Automotive to do the job. He has lots of trick stuff that actually works. Highly recommended. Send your mobile number to 0407004473 and I will send you pics of his workmanship.
