Anyone wanting to get a look at the track, Bendigo Motorcycle Club are holding an open practice day this coming Sunday 29th. If you are not a member you will be required to join the club, $50 which is for a full membership (no day memberships) & $40 to ride. If you don't have a race license you will also need a one recreation license $25. Sign in at 8:30, on the track at 10:00am. Depending on numbers they will run 20 minute sessions, usually odds, evens & juniors.

Entries for the Post Classic Nationals are rolling in, albeit a tad slow. No doubt this week will be a big week for them. Entries close, last mail Monday 30th.

I was told by a fellow Bendigo Club member at Sunday's practise day (on the 29th, entries close 30th) that they had 43 entries, and they were going to run no matter how many they had.

I honestly thought there would be a lot more

The numbers are climbing but still below expectations, as a result late entries are now being accepted. Contact Todd Canobie, his details are on the entry form.

The track is mostly granite sand, which will be soft & grippy in most places. There are a couple of clay area's but not much. I use intermediates on everything but if you are buying tyres just for this event, soft terrain would be correct.

This may sound like a dumb question but after you get your bikes scrutineered at a title event do they have to remain at the track for the duration of the meeting, IE:I am not camping at the track but plan on going through the friday arvo bike check :)

Pre-90 125,
Pre-90 250,
Evo 250 50~59 years
definitely are.

I believe most of the other era/capacity classes have made championship status, not so hopeful for the Evo age races.
The good thing about telling the truth is that you don't have to remember what you said.
