Take the motor out of the equation and the roller with the hard to find airbox  is worth it .... IMO

johnny o had the same idea as that fellow, rms roller and using 185 engine, this fellow had the same idea, but bigger is better.

Stew, the roller isn't so great either..check the front downtube/cradle mods in the 4th pic. TS/TM400 engines are much much longer than RM125. Also the rear wheel looks like XL185/250 Honda. May still be worth something for the airbox, swingarm and front end but the rest is scrap value only ;)

Pfft .. you guys are missing the point .. it's worth the asking price just for the works expansion chamber. Stu you should buy that, give it a quick tidy up and race it at one of our club days :)
