Good score there Mick, it's a gem :), It's an F model which has ADR compliance, they brought out 2 models in 89 & a few years after that, the F & the E,(The brochure is an E model ;)) The E has no compliance,No indicators,A plastic tank, alloy swingarm, different muffler,no oil injection, different suspension specs, different carb?
Nathan will be able to tell us all the differences that I have missed, still a good thing though ;), Ya lucky bugger :)

Geez Mick that is special, well done. And look at it this way, you can show the guy from Yass in September ;D ;D

Adam

Yes Adam, thanks :D what are the chances that it would be anyone KDX lover from Yass, slim, I reckon ;D ;D
I honestly felt bad, him being such an enthusiast and all, yeap, felt that way for at least half a second.

Hey thanks for the info Smed ;) I am thinking the makings of what will be my "modern"  :)
And yes, I reckon Nathan will point me in the right direction :)

After the first rego, the FULL annual road rego renewal fee is $260.65 including inspection, CTP, and all up fees.

It equated to over $5,475 a year When I was only drinking a minimum of three largies a day,
I know what I would rather do instead every day ;D :)

I think time to pension of the Suzuki ER :-[

Yep.

And that will be the best $260.65 you spend all year.

I can't wait to get my 'modern' and do the same thing.

Cheers

Dunno who from Yass rang the seller, but it wasn't me! I'm too poor, anyhow!

Smed's list is pretty much spot on.
F = 28mm round slide carb, E = 35mm Keihin PWK.
F also has a different stator with (I believe) non-adjustable ignition timing and a much stronger lighting coil. E has a conventional type stator.

Also pretty sure that both E & F swingarms are alloy.
The good thing about telling the truth is that you don't have to remember what you said.

If you have an MA licence you can enter on the day otherwise you can reserve Rec licence for $25 (non refundable) payable to the account on the entry form, with your name as reference. I've had a few entrants do this as they are not 100% sure they will make it on the day. It puts the onus back on the participant whether to attend or not.
