Been watching that myself Bill. Odd to put the older smaller motor into it. My biggest problem would be the right side shift, the later ones were left side shift (after Mk 6 - IIRC, haven't checked). You would have left shift Japanese feet, wouldn't you?
Still one of the best looking bikes ever.
