Urgent help required confirming eligilbility of pre 70 Jawa/CZ175 - Please

Hi.  Looking for you Jawa/CZ gurus to help me confirm this bike is pre 70 eligible.

The current owner tells me it is and he sounds like a very honest guy so I'm inclined to believe him but after buying a bike previously that wasn;t prexx eligible then I'm a bit gun shy.

Can any of youguys help me confirm this within the next 12-24 hours please?

I think it's the "trail bike converted into scrambler" version .. with the added option of "keep away from the trees" which is really why I want to buy it

My geuss is that it is a converted mid 70's model that were available in Aust at that time .
certainly the technology is pre 70. just not sure you could buy one in 1969

Frame is 1972 then?  Owner says he rode it 2 weeks ago in pre 70 in Victoria ... are they a carry over model by any chance?  I don't recall reading about them in the GCR's.  a

And the engine ?  I guess doesn't matter as it's not pre 70 eligible in that frame

Been googling around and come up with anything from 1972 to 1974 for the 477 coded CZ175 engine.  Definitely not pre 70 legal I'm guessing?

 but there are better pre 70 bike out there
