No disrespect to our Yank members on this site , but I think the US education is mainly based on the US after meeting a lot of Yanks while I was in the Navy I was amazed at their knowledge of US towns , State capitals ,State flower etc  but simple things from outside the US their knowledge was very poor .

I only saw dodgy installers come out of nowhere , using whoever was around to get on the gravy train, with a real disregard for their duty of care, and general safety.
