Lithuania isn't exactly the hotbed of Maico parts so I'd be pretty wary but having recently bought a rugby jersey from Uzbekistan with no issues whatsoever, this might just be a legitimate seller. He's got Buckley's chance of selling it for $500 though. It'll be interesting to watch.

Sellers feedback rating is 187 with 100% positive. He buys and sells. Seems like he is straight up. Pricing is another matter of course  :o
