Had this 8 times while trying to start new topic in bike talk....

okay the easy version

what happens is your PC requests data from another pc that is hosting the files that make up this website. The hosting pc has an address kinda like a number plate that ID's that pc.

 If your pc cant find the other pc because of either pc not being online or something wrong with the connection it gives an error message . a 404 error message . No big dramas and pretty common.
