It's nice except you couldn't race it in Oz with those forks and hydraulic rear brake..

XR400 forks....not quite pre 90.

WTF. I'm sure Geoff won't be happy to read this:

Frame and swing arm are extensively strengthened as G.M.C copied all the fault across from the original Norton frame

Pretty bold statement unless he has a PhD in structral engineering and finite element analysis.

Ohlin rear shocks with hydraulic over twin leading drum brakes operated by a magura hand brake.

Might have a crook right leg...

No clutch lever with a recluse clutch kit just a small slipper clutch lever which usually is located where a de comp lever would be then u can use a hyd clutch lever as a rear brake just need to extend hose thru to calliper

i see it's on "trademe" with a 6000 start bid [think that was reserve without lookin back] & 7000 on ebay--interesting bike for sure, can't see electric start AHHHH. must be too used to seeing modern 4strokes mx type bikes being started!!

The finned quick access clutch cover oil filter cap & valve covers are neato 8),got a FCR carb too ;)

I'm pretty sure he is off the mark with the fame faults as Geoff strengthened the frame to counter the breakages.
