I went to the premier at the Footbridge Theatre Camperdown in 75 and only just finished watching it for the second time.
There is some awesome Aussie Motocycling history in there but as a Speedway nut the biggy for me was seeing Crumpy Snr introduce the Streety 4 Valver to the rest of the world at the Syd Showground, what followed after that was an amazing scramble of 4 Valve converstions to fit the ever reliable 2 Valve Jawa engine, until Weslake took control in 76/77.
Other points that caught my eye were Langy argueing with officials, very rare occurance
and now he is one.
The dulcet tones of Lawsie the legend.
Loved it, might watch it again now.
Oh yeah, even Bucket had a cameo.
