Twin Airbox for 1984 RM Wanted

up to 1983 was the twin air box set up
they didnt make one for 84/85
that year model was a replica of the works RN suzuki
the frame is diff you wont fit a earlier twin air on the 84
standard box is perfect just cut the holes out and put wire on them same
as works bike

Boy times must be tough if you haven't any left
There would be quite a lot of work in making them up.
Inner and outer covers,filter's,cage,intake boot, mounting brackets,etc
Maybe I should start liquidating my stock pile

Ok I maybe captain obvious but why are they sort after. I know they look trick. But is there a performace advantage as well?
Did twin air only make suzuki airboxs? Surely the standard suzi item is not that bad

Yes there was a decent performance increase, the std double airbox was restrictive and the single sided Twinair let them breathe a lot better.
