Worlds Greatest Shave
« on: March 08, 2013, 08:26:52 am »
Hey Guy's

Last year i lost my brother after a huge fight with Leukaemia.

I have been raising funds for the Leukaemia foundation for many years.

This year Im doing the great shave . Bald as a badger as they say. my mate would have thought this is hilarious

I understand during these tight economic times , things are tough , but if your have a few spare bucks , help us help others. some day soon we will have a cure and stop loosing our mates , mums , dads, brothers, sisters and most tragically children to this insidious disease.

On the 15th of March we will be making a video of the shave which will be on the Worlds greatest shave site and facebook .
People are lining up to pay the extra to have a shot on the clippers.

To date , just for the shave day we have raised $4,900.00 and we have 3 days to go. (as of 2.20pm today $4900.00)

If use the link below you will find my page

Best Regards

Shoey

Great cause and i hope you do well with it. Australia has some of the best doctors and research in this field, and i'm sure one day one of these brilliant people will come up with a cure, maybe not in our lifetime but you just dont know. My wife and i have lost loved ones to this insideous disease a while ago, so we have both done the shave for a cure. The actual shaving of the head wasnt a big deal for me as i have short hair anyway, but my wife is a hairdresser and was quite happy to shave off her beautiful hair for this cause. Of course murpys law struck, and the very next day was one of those freak weather snaps, and was the coldest day for the year !!

The very thought of a bald Shoey terrifies me but knowing the lengths you've gone to to help your bro' and your dedication to the cause I'll be proud to help out.

Great work mate.  We all loose someone close to us when least expected whether through illness or accident.  My life was saved by the royal flying doctor, my wife sadly didn't make it.  I'm in

Thanks Rookie

Melon is quite kind as my Diane has been saying that my head is going to look like a bowling ball.
Now,there are a number of positives in that , Bowling balls are streamline , when used right they travel fast in a straight line ,they are very tough, they are pretty popular , from time to time get handle by heaps of chicks , they are very easy to polish and if you treat them right spend enough time with them they are fun.

My understanding is that the banking sector and paypal waiver the any fees for the foundation.
