At the risk of offending everybody....I reckon HEAVEN is a really stupid name for a bike club. I argued this with Mark Cotterill back when he was setting it up but his mind was made up. I know it's great to have a catchy name (Viper is good) but HEAVEN has too many religious connotations

I think HEAVEN works well as a Vintage MOTOCROSS club name. I love the tongue in cheek, Aussie ratbag over tones of it. I never met Mark but I am guessing he was a bit like this to dream up the name.
When I wake up on a clear and crisp late Autumn Sunday morning before people are stirring and look out over the Bulahdelah Pits, filled with tents, trailers, quick shades and vintage dirt bikes, look through the withering smoke of a near burnt out campfire out toward the Natural Terrain MOTOCROSS track, and then think about the day ahead full of practicing, racing, bench racing and spending time with some mates, I am sure, I am in Dirt Bike HEAVEN!
