Will ice ( the frozen water kind ) be available for purchase at the meet? if not will passouts be issued ?

For those camping out at CD5 ice will be readily available first thinbg in the morning. It will be found on your tent, on your car, on your bike/s. And its all free  ;D.

If we can arrange enough ice maybe Magoo and Big Bill can do a "Blades of Glory" rendition for the gathered throng of bewildered spectators-I think Bill will would be on the bottom holding Magoo in position using nothing but the Xmas grip. CD6 will be bigger and better for it-and it will probably even attract some funding from the Minister for Arts.

I'd have to check on ice availability but my guess would be no.  As for pass outs, once you've got a ticket when you enter, you can come and go using your ticket as often as you like.
