You need YZA/B 250/360 forks, tripples, front wheel, brakes, brake cable.....just take the whole lot out of your 250.....you will need longer shocks aswell to make it work properly....360mm, cheers John.

Yep. DT or MX250/360 parts are also a huge improvement over the stock 125 parts, while being much cheaper and easier to find than YZ250/360A stuff.
YZ125C bits also work and are legal - the upper tubes are the same as YZ-B, while the lower legs are the same as DT/MX-A. If you're a real fuss pot, there's a slight, non-performance difference between the YZ125C lowers and the earlier parts, but it would take a train-spotter to pick it. And a vindictive jerk to protest over it.

I fitted a complete MX250 front end including triples and the wheel to my MX125 with no problem, it's a bolt on.

you just need to fit the 34mm triples ( any yamaha model ) and fit what ever you like MX, YZ or what have you easy access to
