need to make some side cover no plates for my cr250 champion would like to make a area to seal off most off the side to give the ail cleaner nice dirt free air(thats the plan anyway)
would need to be able to bend and hold into place

Go find some roadworks and grab yourself a couple of "witches hats" ;); very plyable and tough , can be cut to shape. I've also seen "wheelie bins" cut and shaped.

I got myself a white 1000L pod that everybody has around the country side and cut number plates out of it.
Looks trick with the white opaque  look, and you can heat with a hot air gun and bend it.
Hope this helps and you can pick them up cheap if not free. ;D

I may be able to get the fiberglass mould of our Champions seat/sidecover unit if it was not lost in the Black saturday fires. Will investigate for you. Tim754
