hows gst applicable to a ebay item, never seen that before

(When sold it will include GST and will have a tax invoice for those that can claim it as a promotional item)

Probably means that the seller is a dealer or business of some sort and the bike has been included as a part of his inventory.  Subsequently when he sells it, the selling price includes a GST component so if you are another business buying it, you can claim that portion as an input tax credit.

Lots of interesting stuff for sale actually.

It would probably be the guys at the Australian Motorcycle Museum at Haigslea.

Yep that's exactly who it is, the guy that owns the museum actually. Hell of a nice guy and has great contact for shipping out of the east coast of the us. He sources his bikes in conjunction with Michael Keirnan of Michaels motorcycles who is an expat Aussie, knows his stuff and knows the quality of bikes Aussies expect. Doesn't buy shit, doesn't sell shit. Id be very suprised if someone bought a bike through him and wasn't happy with their steed.  ;D

Cheers, Brendan  :)
