Sorry to disappoint guys n gals but I won't be there dispite showing interest early (not that my being there or not makes two bobs worth of difference).

Got a freshly waxed pair of skis waiting for me to go do some carving  ;D

Have a great weekend, no doubt I will miss all the fun.

good call,we also had to shut our track 3 weeks before an event as the prepwork would of been very costly if we didnt, as it was we only had to do a couple of laps with the drag and touch up with loader.  :)
Best is in the West !!

Thanks Brian, in saying that, you, Lisa, and all your munchkins are a great asset not only for our club, but QVMX as well, blows me out :o don't know how you guys do it :)

"blows me out"  ;D love your work ;D

Seriously though, much thanks to all those who put in the effort behind the scenes to keep this whole deal feasible. The 'skulk' of Fox's are punching well above their weight in terms of their collective efforts in QLD VMX.

As mentioned there is a working bee on at Nudgee to prepare for Double the Dirt.
For those club members who have been unable to assist in the running of meetings, track maintenance and the Classic moto cross championships this is a perfect opportunity to help your club.
If we get enough people we should be able to get most of the work done in half a day. If 10 members who have not helped previously could be at the Nudgee track by 8.30 am on Saturday the 7th July this would be a great help.
If you are unable to help on Saturday I have jobs on both race days that need doing prior and during the event that will still enable you to race.

So.....what gives?? we had a list as long as my short arm back there in the thread of those possibles and probables-so where are they all??
This is a great 'low key' event that gives us a chance to 'give it' to the opposition
Dirt Tracker vs Motos or vice versa and the BMCC has had the tradition going back a lot of years.....why no entries??
Do we have to up the start money-that'll cut into the advertising and prize pool!
