That's a work of art..Very nice! I remember the Pro Circuit race bikes being 470's (stroked 430) that year, i've got a Motocross Action article somewhere.
Are they Suzuki front forks? I bet you searched high & low for those Pro Circuit sidecovers!!

Nice, nice, nice !
Some special parts.
No blue or red anodizing everywhere , or black rims.....
In the vintage style of early 80's.
Where did you find the pro-circuit side panels ?

I read that PC used something called Kayaba Proline 43mm forks, so I made a stem and brakelug bracket to fit on a 43 from as you said a RM500.

A friend found the sidepanels and rearfender at Marks Swapmeet a couple of years ago, I started with them and found the bike later, not the other way around :)

It also has a boostbottle welded into the tank, and PrestonPetty fender and plate to replicate the PCbike.
Simon of crankys.co.uk replicated the original PC stickers, with Anahaim and the 80's phonenumber ;D

The pipe is from Andy Elliot at HVA-factory.com

Now I'm missing a ProCircuit silencer, old round type with logo at the end, please let me know if anyone know of one, for other type of open bikes also interesting if possible to modify.

That is fantastic! Love the rear guard and pipe. No bling (other than period). Was the boost-bottle a thing with Huskies?
Wish I had your patience.

Nice bike Martin..(yours too Tossa). I love a period correct trick bike..like others have said you've both avoided the modern bling scourge, ESPECIALLY in not using those bright gold Excel rims, my pet hate. ;D

How pro circuit changed from 430 to 470 cm3 ? Longer stroke or bigger bore ?
Would be interested to see that Motocross Action ?
Thanks
Michel

I've got the article, basically they relocated the big end pin and used a spacer under the cylinder. Anyone can do it..

   Hi ola_martin.
Did you make the blue bike lift or buy it.  Can you send me a drawing of it so I can make a couple or maybe who sells them.
                                  Zane

  p.s.  Nice bike
