Walking to the car seems to work for me.   Bedroom athletics are only a memory these days  ;D

Jumping in and out of the truck 10-12 hours a day is enough for me and then after that a stubby or 4 alternating hands to work out and prevent the arm pump  ;)

I agree with the bloke who said. There are only 2 reasons to go running (1 you are being chased) (2 you are on fire)

Every time I exercised I felt bad afterwards - so I stopped making myself feel bad. I feel fine when I don't exercise so this proves to me that exercise is bad for your health. ::)

Training regime?

Ha ha hardy farking har. . . . . . . didn't train 25 years ago, had the same philosophy since day 1.

My bikes have engines . . .
I go to work so that i can earn money to buy bang water (fuel) . . .
Engine + bang water = motive power . . . .
Motive power + gearbox = forward motion = happy. . . . . .
More bang water and air = More forward motion = More happy . . . . .
And that good people of vintageland, is why they are called MOTORcycles . . .
And that is why i dont need no stinking training!

I did a workout on the home gym the other week and felt good for it.  Trouble is doing it again.  Having just done 3 days and over a thousand K's  wrestling a 950 super enduro through the dirt at 52, I need to get fitter.

. So much so that I crave now my workouts. At 51, I am now fitter than I have been since my 20s!
What’s your training regime?

I don't know man I think my 20s is not coming again, but cycling and gym used to be a big part of week day training back in the day and the bike every weekend. Not sure my body could stand the pounding it got staying fit the first time round..... at the moment I am watching my diet and started back at gym just lifting weights.
