The MX's blow-up at Canowindra was worse than I thought, so I'm out for pre-75.
 :'(

Pre-90 good to go, though.  :)

You guys!  :P

Typical broken-up top ring (too many revs on a sloppy piston), which is not a problem.
The problem was that some of the broken ring is in the main bearings and I have neither the time or motivation to fix it.

Taking the YZ-X (pictured) to get roosted in pre-80 instead. :)

Just reading through the final instructions and it appear we have another race added to the program, "The Bruce 'Magoo' McFarland memorial trophy"

It reads - this will be awarded to the winner of a one off race to be held at the conclusion of the four rounds of racing. It will be open to the overall top 10 finishers in each era, on a bike of there choice from any of the eras represent. the race will be fifteen minutes plus 1 lap in duration.

how good is that, well done to the organisers of this 8) hope this carries over to all future Mr VMX events ;)

With some luck Shane Wilson from Wiltek can win back the beaut trophy his company has sponsored, so he can take it back home then bring it back next year!

I'm very pleased that this trophy has found an event where it will be respected.
Two thumbs up to both the Hunter club and Shane.
