Was that Steve Marps of Vintage Ohlins who gave poor service ?

I have bought several shocks from Steve and have had no problem with his work.
He does do this as a sideline to his usual job for Ohlins so can be a little long on the delivery at times.
I am a bit surprised that his service has been bad to you Darren.

I ordered a set of shocks from steve and after 2 months had given up on them and my money. They did eventually come after a few phone calls. All good in the end, just a bit frustrating.
