CR125m Kickstat.

Chasing a kickstart for my CR125m. Tried XL175 it does sort of fit but its not right and only cause damage to the shaft if I use it.
I do have an original I could rebuild if somebody has rebuild kit for it. Need attachment pins, ball and spring. Currently just held together with a bolt. Too bloody dangerous, if I were to ride with it I know its going to swing out and smash my leg..

Hi Quicksilver,
I had the same problem, the ball, spring & bolt are available ex Honda but not the special nut. Buy 2 bolts, the spring & the ball, cut the threaded section off one of the bolts (this leaves just the shanked section of the bolt & bolt head), drill and tap a hole into the bolt (M8 X 1.25 I think) and presto you have all the bits to make it work. I have assumed the knuckle & leg are OK.

Thanks oldstuff. I will gee up my local Honda dealer tomorrow see what parts they can get. They hate it when I rock up wanting old parts.  ;D ;D ;D ;D
