We will bring him next year Tom, I have had bikes fast enough to pass themselves before, trouble is they usually leave me behind. Appreciate all the help Tom.

What Class in our Classic Dirt Track would that fall into?

That is a good question Steve, have to get Firko on to it,    you are right the buggared class might be the one, am really confident in the engine, Pats engines are reliable and strong so I will just have to point it in the general direction and hang on. It is gunna be good!!!!!!!

The engine has a centre port head 1976 ,but may change it to pre 75 status(cases & head will still look pretty) & run CR hubs or slip one of my XL 250 motors into it.
Who knows with the Griffith Maiosso. Just know it will be fast & legal. Ha Ha

Maiosso? Have the Triads moved in.
Given that you've already got a shed full of super competitive pre75 bikes, maybe ride it in pre78?
Here's a new question, would/could/should a Flattracker like that be eligible for the "Slider" Class?
Speaking of Firko, I hope he's doing okay.

What is a "degree wheel", is it a degree of difficulty gauge?  Do you mean degrease wheel? Just throw bits in the engine and they will hammer in (that is laymans talk for the technical term"break-in").

Thought I'd try to get the interest back up for Pete Lee's return to the U.S.
This time he's actually gonna be riding some real Flat Track stuff instead of a converted MXer.
I hope to go to a couple of races here in Texas with he & Colleen.
He made quite a splash last year and I'm sure he'll do even better this time with all the tips he's gotten from Grasy,Firko,Freaky and the others.
Nancy & I can't wait !!!!
