Social Ride day – BBQ. Juz’s place. Castella 13th Feb.

Note that the rained out event at Juz's will be on again on Feb 13th. Bring your sausages and any bikes you want club rego for as I'll be doing the paperwork then. It'll be a good 'shake down' ride for your new projects.

Club rego for 45 days within a 12 month period is just under $70.00
Sounds perfect, bring on some legal trail rides

The club rego is only available for bikes older than 25 years. You must be a member of an affiliated club as well. Let me know if this is incorrect.

As with everything in life there are pro’s and con’s with every choice.
Rec reg is for any age trailbike but leaves you riding illegally if you leave the forest for fuel or lunch.
Classic reg the bikes need to be either 25 or 30 years old
I have heard conflicting stories here with both being mentioned.
I have also heard that it may be 25 years now but dropping back a year every year until it becomes 30 years in 5 years time

Classic Scramble Club is an affiliated club for this scheme

We have no intention of riding our Pre 85 Enduro-Trail bikes out on the tar roads for fuel or lunch, infact most of our rides will not use a tank of fuel as we will be heading back to camp for a good old BBQ and refreshments  :),,,also Rec Rego there is no log book to carry unlike Club Rego and you dont have to be in a club that you normally would not be in, so the cost for Club Rego per year is higher than Rec Rego per year, but it would be good for the blokes that are interstate to be able to ride in our EBT Pre 85 Social Trail Rides, all the details on www.endurobiketalk.com/forum

Cheers Mick.

I think we are very lucky here in Victoria to have a choice. I will go with the club rego on a few of my bikes. Hopefully I can get to Castella on Sunday and register my Kawasaki.
Cheers.
