Firko, had a similar problem with the Thai guy.
Bought a set of spokes from Thailand (on ebay) emailed him referring to the ebay lsiting and asked him if the spokes were for a 1982 CR125 I even specified the sizes I needed & the guy replied saying "yes 100% fit your bike" then he sends me a set of totally different sizes.
I emailed him and pointed out that I had gone to the trouble of telling him exactly what I wanted & he had then sent 54 spokes the wrong lenghts and 18 spokes the correct lenght but the wrong offset. He apologised and said he would send me another set (for free) when they arrived that set was still missing 18 190mm spokes for the back wheel, though I now had 36 230mm spokes (only needed 18)
.
I also discovered that ALL of the spokes he sent had a 90 degree offset and the 1982 CR has only 18 90 degree ones the rest are around 45 degree. This guy was advertising these spokes to fit a CR125/TL125 he really has absolutely no idea what he is selling.

Anyhow the wheels are now at Chivos at Granville its going to cost a bit more but at least I know I will be getting spokes that actually fit. The spokes they re using are also 8 gauge about 4mm dia. The Thai guys ones are only 3mm
