Correct Hoony,ya beat the o'show to it!,Jacky Vimond was injured in a bizzare accident celebrating his title win where he was being lowered to the floor of a nightclub on his bike via cables,something went wrong with the cable system & he fell to the floor with back injuries wich i think from memory ruined his career.

Jacky Vimond returned to racing in the 500 class on a YZM500. You can see him at the MXdN in 88.There is YT vids of it , he's dicing with Jeff Leisk in one moto.

Carlsbad raceway,home of the US 500cc motocross grand prix from 1973 to 1986,who was the rider with the most overall wins in that class on that track & what was his reputed day job when he wasn't off jetting around the world winning GP's?, I suppose thats what he does for a living now!
