Has anyone purchased set of 'Progressive Suspension' branded rear shocks?

Seen to be priced pretty well but are they anygood?

Hi there Andrew, I had a set on my CZ 380 and they worked realy well for the money.  HL

Were they the series 13? The fitment chart suggest the 12 series but it appears from my research the series 13 are the off road model.
