Yz125K 83 Right side powervalve retainer cover or cylinder or whole bike

While racing at the magoo charity event on Sunday, the powervalve cover worked its way loose from the side of the cylinder. So i am trying to replace it. Seemingly the part number is 5X4W113200
Please help if you can..

I've got one, NFI what its from, but they all look the same?
