Update.............
It's all getting pretty hectic about now with just over 8 weeks to go.
I've spent a bit of time on a V-Strom now and I'm now a lot less afraid of riding a big bike like that. That engine is just magnificent. I should be getting my own in the next couple of weeks too.
I'm currently trying to organise some items to auction off for the cause on eBay, a couple of which should be of interest to anyone into old dirt bikes. I'll keep you posted.
ABC radio will be doing a lot of coverage, especially while we are on the road. We plan to ring in on the old sat. phone every day while we are away.
The webite is up, but needs finishing.
