Barb that rides the TM125, Called not 15 mins ago and said that there was a note on this forum (which there is) but that it is wrong and could I please amend it!(which i did) She is at the track as we speak so most likely knows what's happening.

just got of the phone, called the steward of the meeting (herb conlon) and he said it was called of before lunch today 30/7/10.let`s blame herb it`s all his fault.

I must admit this event and Conondale Classic with no date on posted on Competition pages,makes you have to read twice to see- where & what event is on.. too much happening on the same weekend.

Yep, I got a call from barb to say someone had posted to say the meeting was off-I was at the counter serving customers and said I would put up  post to say that it was on-jumped on and picked up the thread about page 3 and posted away-I didn't even think to check which meeting it was about and nor had her informant-Just shows to go ya- ya better not be busy when these things happen.

eml how good is it to have two events in two states which are focused on classic dirt scene.i remember when i was young !!!!( not as matured as pancho ) the first charity day was run on the same weekend that the classic motocross was ran in west australia.we had the west and east coast covered.one year the penrith club move their meeting to the third weekend in august because of the conondale classic, numbers where down and that is why the club went back to the first weekend in august.
as our event in nsw is cancalled all the best.what`s the say-in, queensland prefect oneday - dry the next.
hey that means you queenslanders can come down for the bruce "magoo" macfarland charity ride on the 28/29 august or forget it just send down your money as the new south welsh men will whip your ass.pay back for the state of origin.

Re Neapean Charity day I personaly think that the new proposed date is to close to the Aussie Classic Dirt Track Championships & would probably better run mid October after the longweekend some time. Just an opinion ?

jeezas grasy,spare a thought for us crossdressers,(uh,thats different boot/helmets folks ),like i posted before,we do Phillip isle historic nats the weekafter,then 2 weeks later back it up with a drive to Griffith,it'all go eh?,

grasy have you read my post under the magoo charity post? unfortunate the club can only work with the dates that nepean have left with go karts, practice,speedway and dirt track it limits the opinions.i myself like the october long weekend but the heaven club have a race meeting at canawinda.
hey let`s use it as track time to hone our skills before the australian classic dirt track.
