What would I say FBC - I'd say you are a very naughty boy, but well done ;).  I am more interested in what is in the book than actually owning one, so that could be the go.  I'll send a PM.

DJ - that is a top prayer mate.  Did you make that up yourself ?  I going to transcribe that and put it on the wall in the shed.  Lord knows I could do with some divine inspiration when doing these restos.  Especially when polishing Alloy and Lapping heads  ;D ;D

Hoony you big HLNB - I am in the same boat as you mate.  I thought about putting up progess photos, but bloody hell DJ has set the bar high  :o  Not sure about us Yamaha blokes getting our Tridents ready - I'd rather go on a Honda than a Triumph  ;D ;D  Good luck with number 2 mate.
Looking for YZ250C parts NOS if possible

Hey DJ, your alternative version of the Lords' Prayer reminds me of similar in an old copy of 'Trail & Track' magazine from around '78.
I think it was called 'The Dirt Riders Prayer' and the only line I remember was, 'lead us not into gum trees'...

Nice work DJ.  You'd better get a patent on that one quick smart ;D.
If Hoony puts up his progress I'll put up mine on the 250 ;)
Having all sorts of strife with my plating at the moment.  Things are turning out crap compared to what they were when i started.  It's been a bit dissapointing.  I have probably made more progress during the holidays than I have since I bought the bike.  DJ will be my motivation - keep posting those picks mate.

Going by the other prices in this thread I'm thinking that's pretty good. :)

Well done Wombat.
I reckon I paid about $US150.00 for mine about a year ago.
Our local library had a copy, which is where I first saw it. But it's gone missing strangely enough.......................  :-\
Great book, isn't it?  ;D
