VIPER 2008 SOCIAL WEEKEND MARCH 1st & 2nd

SOCIAL WEEKEND
The Dandenong Motor cycle club will be
holding a social ride weekend just for Vintage
bikes on March 1st & 2nd 2008, at Wonthaggi
MotoX track.
Saturday will start with a Swap meet at 2pm,
so get all your disposable “goodies” together
and flog them to your fellow VMX enthusiast!
Saturday evening will consist of a spit roast,
plenty of bench racing, a film or two & pint or
three of neck oil.
Sunday is the time to blow the cobwebs out of
the trusty old steed for the ’08 season.
Ride sessions for all VMX bikes from PRE’75
(and earlier!) to Pre’90 and every thing in
between.

Note: If you happen to own a Pre’85 500cc
two stroke, you know the one’s.....55+hp,
mushy suspension and no brakes, well we
need you and your bike for a special feature
session on Sunday.

Anyone is welcome to come down to check out the action but if they want to ride they will need to be a member of a MA Club.


Camping is allowed at the track, facilities are top notch at Wonthaggi, proper slash houses, hot showers,  lighting in dunny/shower block.

Crikey that sounds like a good weekend,I"m in.A couple of them Kawasaki birds waltzin around with the umbrellas n welcome mats could add a bit of sparkle to the proceedings i feel.

i need to know numbers for catering on Saturday night from forum members, if you are coming sunday only it does not matter to me for catering purposes. so far i have the following
