G'day viewers I found some old shocks and on the bottom of them reads KYB 4727 45014-1171 from the center of the eye to eye is 35cm are they any good and what would they be off

If you are 100% sure you have read the number correctly and havent mistaken a digit for something its not then i can tell you they are not off a suzuki. Suzuki KYB's have a 10 digit part number but you have quoted 9

A photo would help a lot more then. Do they have anything like 'caution dont open, gas pressurized' stamped on the bodies? if it could be determined if they were decarbons or not then it would narrow it down a bit.
