Suzuki TS400 jetting with an expansion chamber
« on: June 14, 2010, 07:45:01 pm »
A mate of mine just rebuilt his early TS400 and has had an expansion chamber built for it.  He said it's a 'bit doughy' up until about 4 1/2 thou RPM.  Can anyone tell me if he should change his jetting?  It has the original carb on it.  Cheers Ray.

try and obtain an RM250/370/400 or PE250/400 VM36SS carb and jet it to std PE250N specs..seemed to work very well using a pod filter and expansion chamber on a fairly std TS400 ;)
