So I could weld twin shocks on my 84 KTM and be legal?
Mind you a stock 84 510 husky would be the better bike If you could get it started.

I love a 4 stroke special as much as the next man.... but hell that thing doesn't do it for me.
Hell looks like what was left over after the swap meet. Has the classic mark of crap special, foam filter hanging in the breeze.

It's too much of a bitsa.
Those 500 DR motors look too big and heavy and i think they are more prone to breaking than a 500 Yamaha. There's a good reason everyone uses Yamaha engines.

John, Dr 500 motors are Built strong with maybe a bit of over kill. Thier down fall is that they are heavy MF
