dave king has done all the work on it to get it ready

he rode a 450 husaberg at Tumblegum in march in the over 40's and just walked away with it, and there is a good chance he'll be riding at the manjimup 15000.  Good West Aussie boy support west aussie events!!

Rumour has it that the original bloke to clear "JIM'S jump" will be Berg mounted for Manji...
Destined to a life behind bars. A garage full of KTM's and a 73 CR 250M Honda....H7 250 Monty will be at Harrow!

Jimmy Ellis at this point in time will be riding a CR480 in the pre 85 event  He rode pre85 at Tumblegumas well

nice bike thorpes 85 i got offered it along the grape vine but had a price tag of something like 27000 pounds was a lil much for my budget

The bike in question is now in South Africa- it is NOT my bike. I had previously been offered the bike at around 40 000 pounds- nice but at the time had no internals and it was beyond my budget- the closest I will come is to my current 1985 rebuild. Really a nice bike regardless- the new owner is also a real good guy.
