The 250B was getting good seconds all day. It will be interesting racing for the final round at Fordell in a couple of weeks.

Terrific pics, thanks for posting them.

Thanks Tex,
Since I wasnt riding today it made it easier to get out and take a couple of snapshots. Hope you enjoy them.

Awesome shots.  Looks like it hasnt rained for a while but dust doesnt seem too bad.  Where have the Maicos come from - dont remember seeing any in NZ back in the day due to high cost.  Guess they must have snuck in on the boat over recent times!  What next - KTM!

Wow! Look at all that air time. Made for some great shots.
The cr #42, is that an 80 with 125 stickers on it or a bit of trick photography?

Thats Bill's MX125 with a DT175 barrel and head, he always wanted a yammie but coulsnt live with a monoshock  ;)
Old-mate(Grant) throwing the legs everywhere held it all together in the end but I had to take a few running steps to get out of the way. He is very fast and gets a little loose every so often but usually wins the races in Pre78

The Yammie held together all day and did well in the 250cc class.  ;D

Its a CR125, just looks small because of the wide-angle lense I was using. He was crossed up and leaning the bike away from me. I was about 1m away from him went I took the photo and with the angle that he was leaning on made him the foreground and the bike the background. With wide angle lenses you have to get in as close as possible to fill the frame  ;) or it just could be trick photography but more than likely just bad photography.  :-[
