I didn't realise the heddon greta track was that big ,I live 15mins from heddon greta
Looks to be a few spectators aswell. I have done some work for chris watsons late father a couple years back ,a room in the house has a lot of large dirt track photos from the pass a few trophys and ribbons aswell.
 I would say chris and family would have some old pics from around the country , heddon greta would of been chris and father georges home track

That ESO is "Slider Porn", there's another good topic on here Tezza.
My only memory of Heddon Greta is of us copping a broken windscreen on the way into the track and the long drive home to Syd, I was maybe 6 or 7.

I really like the style of the blue framed # 72 JAP Short circuit bike, Tezza,  tele forks, Triumph gearbox, can't see if it has a rear brake, a top bit of Aussie home brewing !!. Is there any history of this bike Tezza ? Fantastic old pics , too !!

Hi Foss, glad you like the pics, several of the bikes at Maitland Motorfest were owned by the one family, father and sons are all very into their bikes. Don't know the history. The Motorfest is on again 23rd & 24th August at Maitland showground, the bikes will be there again. We were trying to arrange demo laps around the showground track, but the pony fanciers stopped us after the demo laps we done at the Ag show, too loud for the horses.
